Terms of Service | The Verifico

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Verifico's document verification API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Verifico provides API-based document verification services including OCR extraction and government database verification for PAN cards, Aadhaar cards, GST certificates, and other supported documents.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One account per organization unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose
Submit fraudulent or forged documents
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Resell our services without authorization
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
Store verification results beyond permitted retention periods

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Credits are non-refundable once purchased
Failed verifications due to system errors are not charged
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control including government API outages.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services remain with The Verifico. You retain ownership of your data and documents. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Verifico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
